The scholars at Hebrew University who designed the Melton curriculum have broken the study of Judaism into four areas: 1) Ideas, concepts and beliefs (Purposes of Jewish Living, Year One) 2) Observances and practices (Rhythms of Jewish Living, Year One) 3) Ethical base ( Ethics of Jewish Living, Year Two) 4) How Judaism relates to the world, or history. ( Dramas of Jewish Living, Year Two) Year One and Year Two meet for two hours, once a week for 30 weeks. Tuition is $595.00 for year one (both courses), and $595.00 for year two (both courses) including all materials. Tuition may be spread over three months.
